Cycling North & Central America

On 20 June, 2010, I flew from Frankfurt to Anchorage, Alaska, to begin a cycle touring trip through The Americas. I then flew up to Deadhorse where I started my trip. The route took me:

  • through Interior Alaska,
  • the Yukon Territory in Canada,
  • South-east Alaska,
  • British Colombia in Canada,
  • down the West Coast of the United States,
  • through Baja California & the Mexican mainland.

From Mexico, I cycled through each of the Central American countries:

  • Belize,
  • Guatemala,
  • Honduras,
  • El Salvador,
  • back to Honduras,
  • Nicaragua,
  • Costa Rica,
  • finally across Panama to Panama City.

I shipped the bike back to the UK from there, & carried on by plane & bus to Colombia, flying back to Europe from Bogota.

DON'T STOP THERE!
